She found her niche in 2013 working as a physical therapist for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Center at Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is a certified brain injury specialist and has advanced training in cancer rehabilitation. She is passionate about unweighted gait training and uses the Rifton Pacer with adult patients who have suffered from stroke, brain injury, brain tumor resection, spinal cord injury, and demyelinating diseases.
