Phillip Blough is a licensed physical therapist with specialized expertise in pediatric rehabilitation and assistive technology. He serves as a clinical educator for Rifton Equipment, where he supports clinicians and educators nationwide in the effective use of adaptive equipment for children with physical disabilities. Dr. Blough earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh, with a focus on pediatric care and the integration of assistive technologies into therapeutic practice. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland.
