Rifton Equipment is not a Medicaid provider. If you wish to purchase equipment through a third party payer, contact your local rehab equipment supplier.
Prices online are effective at the time of order and are subject to change without notice.
For public schools and all who have established a charge account with us, terms are 30 days net. For all other customers, payment is due with order.
Residents of most states must include sales tax with their order, or provide a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.
Free delivery in 48 states
Our normal delivery time anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States is 2 weeks or less. Our trucker is responsible for delivering your order inside the threshold of your building. Absolutely free freight. No catch. No minimum order.
For residents of Alaska and Hawaii
If you live in Honolulu, Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Juneau you will be charged 5% over retail price to cover the cost of shipping. Residents outside these cities will be charged an additional 15% over retail price. We only ship to US addresses, so if you need shipping to other countries, see our list of foreign distributors.
Credit on returns
If you wish to return a Rifton product, please call us for return instructions within 30 days of receiving it. For a refund less 10% restocking fee, the product must be in brand new condition and in original packaging. (Please hold on to your carton and packaging materials until you are certain that your order fulfills your needs.) We will arrange all the details and pay for the return shipment. You are responsible for repackaging the item. No unauthorized returns are accepted.
Please note that for reasons of health and safety we cannot allow the return of toileting, bathing or shower products that have been removed from their original packaging.
Credit card payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit or debit cards. Payments will be charged as soon as you order and then generally deliver within two weeks. With regard to privacy, we do not store your credit card number; you will be asked for this information every time you use your card.
Full one-year warranty
We offer a full one-year warranty. No nonsense, no small print. If one of our products breaks or fails in service during the first year we will replace it free of charge.
