In the continental United States, not a penny. Rifton offers absolutely free freight. No catch, no minimum order.

For residents of Alaska and Hawaii: If you live in Honolulu, Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Juneau you will be charged 5% over catalog price to cover the cost of shipping. Residents outside these cities will be charged 15% over catalog price. We only ship to US addresses, so if you need shipping to other countries, see our list of foreign distributors.

A:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit or debit cards. Payments will be charged as soon as you order and then generally ship within two weeks. With regard to privacy, we do not store your credit card number; you will be asked for this information every time you use your card. We certainly never pass this information on to anyone else.

Our normal delivery time to anywhere in the continental United States is two weeks or less.

A:

If you wish to return a Rifton product, please call us for return instructions within 30 days of receiving it. For a full refund less 10% restocking fee, the product must be in brand new condition and in original packaging. (Please hold on to your carton and packaging materials until you are certain that your order fulfills your needs.) We will arrange all the details and pay for the return shipment. You are responsible for repackaging the item. No unauthorized returns are accepted.

Please note that for reasons of health and safety we cannot allow the return of toileting, bathing or shower products that have been removed from their original packaging.

Absolutely. We offer a full one-year warranty. No nonsense, no small print. If one of our products breaks or fails in service during the first year we will replace it free of charge.

A:

Our replacement parts service is available to keep your equipment up and running. Give us a call or submit a service request. It is helpful to have the serial number from the product when you call. Many parts are replaced at no cost. For older items we are able to supply common replacement parts if the design has not changed significantly.

No. All Rifton products are latex free.
