A top priority for employers in care professions today is keeping staff safe and healthy. One way to do that is proactive injury prevention. Using a lift to perform patient transfers can significantly decrease the number of injuries to staff—and clients—and the price of a lift can be quickly recouped with the resources saved by the absence of just 1 or 2 staff injuries. [00:00:13.00] Linda Kuck, Exec. Director: I think with the SoloLift it's certainly possible that we, as an organization, could actually reach that goal of zero lifting, where staff would be able to use a lift every time they needed to move someone or transfer someone.

[00:00:27.00] Linda Kuck, Exec. Director: The price tag that is attached could very quickly be recouped, just with the lack of one or two injuries. If a staff person gets injured you're talking a lot of dollars that could result, and I think the SoloLift certainly could eliminate that.
