The innovative SoloVest is the key to the SoloLift’s above-the-waist operation. With no straps below the waist, there’s no lifting or wrestling required to prepare the client for transfer, and clothing remains easily accessible for toileting. In fact, transfers to a commode or toilet are faster and more dignified than ever. The SoloVest can be comfortably used by most clients – even those with no weight-bearing ability.

The adapter strap connects to the spreader bar on most overhead (or ceiling-mounted) lifts. It connects the two carabiner clips on the back of the vest with the hooks on typical spreader bars.
An additional battery may be needed in settings where frequent medical transfers are being made each day. A fully charged battery should deliver approximately 70 complete lift cycles depending on user weight.
