Free Delivery in 48 States!
Our normal delivery time to anywhere in the continental United States is two weeks or less. Our trucker is responsible to deliver your order inside the threshold of your building. Absolutely free freight. No catch. No minimum order. AK and HI - delivery in four to six weeks Honolulu, Anchorage, FAirbanks, and Juneau: please add 5% to the catalog price. For all other points with road access: please add 15% to the catalog price.
We only ship to US addresses, so if you need shipping to other countries, see our list of Foreign Distributors.
Replacement Parts
Our replacement parts service is available to keep your equipment up and running. Give us a ring. It is helpful to have the serial number from the product when you call. We may be able to supply common replacement parts for older items if the design has not changed significantly.
A Product Manual comes with each Rifton product. This important document makes recommendations for use, and details specific limitations which must be observed. Please look for it when our boxes arrive. We gladly replace lost Product Manuals.

Latex
All Rifton products are latex free.
Billing Policy
For Public Schools and all who have established a charge account with us, terms are 30 days net. For all others, payment is due with order. We accept American Express, Master Card and Visa.
Full One-Year Warranty
No nonsense, no small print. If any Rifton product breaks or fails in service during the first year we will replace it free of charge.
Credit on Returns
If you wish to return a Rifton product, please call us for return instructions within 30 days of receiving it. We will arrange all the details and pay for the return shipment. Please hold on to your carton and packaging materials until you are certain that your order fulfills your needs. You are responsible for repackaging the item. There will be a 10% restocking charge. No unauthorized returns are accepted.
Inspect Your Boxes
Please inspect your boxes when your order arrives, and note any damaged or missing boxes on the delivery receipt. Call us if there are any problems, and we'll send you a replacement quickly.
Materials and Dimensions
To improve our products we reserve the right to alter design or materials without prior notice. The product dimensions and weights on this website are approximate and intended for description.
Durable Medical Suppliers
Should you require the services of a local durable medical equipment supplier, we suggest you contact the National Registry of Rehabilitation Technology Suppliers (NRRTS). Names of qualified providers are available on request. Call 512-267-6832 or use www.nrrts.org.
Supervision
Rifton products must always be used with prior approval and on-going guidance of a physician or therapist. Adult supervision is required at all times.
Restraints
Some people use straps, trays or supports to restrict a child’s movement. This is a behavioral restraint and may raise ethical and legal issues which you should check with your particular facility. Rifton Equipment is not intended for this use.

The CE Mark is the sign that medical devices comply with the stringent new European requirements. We are pleased that we can mark our products with this internationally recognized symbol of quality and performance.
Rifton Equipment complies with the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC. Accordingly, the CE Mark is displayed on Rifton products wherever these regulations apply.
